How long to change the compressed air precision filter element?

The air compressor precision filter element is recommended to be replaced once in 1-3 months.

Whether the element of the precision filter needs to be replaced is judged by the following aspects and parameters:

1. the element has obvious deformation or damage, and it needs to be replaced;

2. the filtration precision is reduced and fails to meet the filtration requirements, and the element needs to be replaced;

3. When the pressure difference between import and export is too high (more than 0.1MPa), the element should be replaced.

4. The flow rate decreases, the element may be blocked or damaged, and it needs to be tested whether the element needs to be replaced.

Precision element grade:

Q grade: main line filter.

It can remove a large amount of liquid and solid particles above 3μm, and reach the minimum residual oil content of only 5ppm with a small amount of water, dust and oil mist. Used in air compressor, after the rear cooler and before other filters for general protection; used before the cold dryer for pre-treatment device.

P grade: air line filter.

Can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 1μm, and the minimum residual oil content is only 0.5ppm, with trace moisture, dust and oil mist. It is used for pre-treatment before the A-class filter; after the cold dryer and suction dryer to further improve the air quality.

S grade: super high efficiency oil removal filter.

It can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01μm and reach the minimum residual oil content of only 0.001ppm, and almost all moisture, dust and oil are removed. Used for H-class filtration and before suction dryer for protection, and after cold dryer to ensure that the air is oil-free.
