1. Due to the connection problem of the power supply, single-phase operation is caused; the power line needs to be checked, mainly the wiring and fuse of the motor, whether there is any line damage.

2. The position of the first end inside the stator is wrongly connected, or there is a disconnection or short circuit; check the connection, disconnection and short circuit of each contactor of the brush, slip ring and starting resistor.

3. The rotor circuit of the wound motor is open and broken; check the connection of the contactors of the brushes, slip rings and starting resistors.

4. The load capacity of the motor is overloaded; the second case is to unload the motor after unloading or half-load start.

5. The dragged machine is stuck; unload the dragged machine, and find the fault from the dragged machine.
