In order to achieve high-precision filtration quality, the precision filter uses multiple layers of different filter materials, including borosilicate fiber layers, glass fiber layers, activated carbon fiber layers, multi-layer non-woven fabric layers and stainless steel mesh layers. Only in this way can oil-free, impurity-free high-quality air be achieved.
C main pipeline filter can remove a large amount of liquid and solid particles above 3μm, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 5ppm, with a small amount of water, dust and oil mist. It is used for general protection after the rear cooler of the air compressor and before other filters; it is used as a pre-treatment device before the cold dryer.
T air line filter can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 1μm, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 0.5ppm, with trace moisture, dust and oil mist. It is used for pretreatment before A-level filter; after cold dryer and suction dryer, it can further improve the air quality.
A Ultra-high-efficiency oil removal filter can filter out liquid and solid particles as small as 0.01μm, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 0.001ppm, almost all water, dust and oil are removed. Before using in H-class filter and suction dryer, it plays a protective role, and after refrigerated dryer, make sure that the air is free of oil.
H Activated carbon micro-oil mist filter can filter out oil mist and hydrocarbons as small as 0.01μm, and achieve the lowest residual oil content of only 0.003ppm. It does not contain water, dust and oil, and is odorless and tasteless. It acts as the last filter for some units that must use high-quality and high-quality air, such as food industry, breathing, aseptic packaging, etc.
Fourth, the role of precision filters:
The precision filter is often installed after the pressure filter to remove fine particles in the liquid to meet the requirements of the subsequent process for water intake. Sometimes it is also installed at the end of a complete set of water treatment to prevent fine particles from entering the finished water. 75, 100, 120um, security filters are often used as security filters for electrodialysis, ion exchange, reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration and other devices.
Five, installation instructions:
1. Clean the filter housing.
2. The inlet and outlet of the net shell are connected to the filter pipeline, pay attention to the direction when connecting, and ensure that the filter element is in the state of water inlet from the outside and water outlet from the inside.
3. Open the plastic bag at the opening end of the filter element, and check whether the O-ring is intact and in place.
4. Moisten the O-ring and filter holder socket with a suitable wetting agent (such as water).
5. Hold the end of the filter element close to the O-ring, and insert the filter element socket into the filter element seat socket vertically.
6. After inserting the filter element, remove the filter element packaging bag, fasten the pressure plate to fix it, and then install the metal cover.
7. Open the vent valve on the top of the housing.
8. Open the inlet valve slightly to allow the liquid to enter the housing until the liquid exits the vent valve at the top of the housing, at which point close the vent valve.
9. Slowly adjust and open the downstream outlet valve until the pressure drop between the upstream and downstream of the filter is 0.02Mpa (the initial pressure drop under the determined flow rate).
Six, matters needing attention:
1. The filter is combined and configured according to the principle of "coarse first, then fine", and the order cannot be reversed.
2. The actual flow rate, pressure and temperature of compressed air passing through the filter cannot exceed the specified value on the nameplate.
3. Pay attention to distinguish the inlet and outlet positions of the filter during installation.
4. The filter should be installed vertically. There is a certain height above the ground for easy replacement of the filter element.
5. When one of the following situations occurs, the filter element should be replaced:
a. The filter is obviously deteriorated;
c. Use time limit: C, T, A are 8000h, H is 2000h;
b. The indicated value of the pressure difference exceeds 0.07MPa; (Note: The initial pressure drop of the filter element is <0.015Mpa);
5. For filters without automatic drains, the ball valve should be opened regularly to remove water accumulated in the filter housing. Usually no less than 1-2 times per class;
6. The air intake temperature of the filter does not exceed 66C;
