However, the disadvantage is that the heat source needs to be heated and the volume increases accordingly. Blast heat regeneration

The blast heat regeneration dryer is characterized by the addition of a blower, by heating the blast air to blow out the adsorbent in the desorbed water, so as to achieve the purpose of regeneration. Its characteristic is that the waste of regenerated compressed air is further reduced, and the dew point temperature can reach -20℃~-40℃. However, the same heating heat source is required, and the consumption of electrical energy of the blower needs to be increased, and the volume is further increased.

Compressed thermal regeneration

The compressed thermal regeneration desiccant air dryer is a suction dryer with full utilization of energy in the market, which makes full use of the large amount of heat source generated in the compression process of the compressor, and heats the adsorbent by using part of the high pressure and high temperature heat source in the exhaust of the compressor to regenerate the adsorbent, and the cooled compressed air is further cooled and mixed with another part of the compressed air into the adsorption tower for adsorption and water removal, so as to lower the dew point of the purpose. The dew point of the compressed air after treatment can reach -20℃ ~ -30℃. It can reach the dew point temperature of compressed air required by general enterprises.
