Compressed air precision filter filtration accuracy

Precision compressed air filter is divided into four filtration levels Q, P, S and C. Among them, Q grade precision compressed air filter adopts multi-layer glass fiber as the filter element, which is generally used as the front end of reciprocating air compressor and can filter a large amount of oil and gas in the air compressor to below 5ppm or filter the material particles to below 5micron.

The filter element of precision compressed air filter is also made of multi-layer glass fiber, and the filtration precision is higher than that of Q-class precision compressed air filter, which can be generally used as the pre-filter of screw-type air compressor, and can filter the oil and gas in the air compressor to below 0.5ppm or filter the impurities in the air to below 0.5micron.

Precision compressed air filter also adopts multi-layer glass fiber as the filter element, generally as the post filtration of air compressor, it can filter out the oil and gas in the air compressor above 0.01ppm or impurities above 0.01micron, and can make the air filtered to reach the high quality compressed air without oil standard.

The filter element material of the precision compressed air filter is activated carbon, which has a high filtration accuracy of zui, capable of filtering oil and gas above 0.003ppm and impurities above 0.003micron, and can filter out ozone, ultra-fine oil and gas and ultra-micro particles in compressed air.

Precision compressed air filter can achieve high precision filtration because it uses multiple layers of different materials, the air passes through the middle of different filter materials, and then the clean air is discharged through layers of filtration, through this way filtering out clean air without oil and gas, without impurities and high quality.
