The problem of water is very prominent, so the water removal ability of the filter becomes the standard to measure the performance of the filter. 1. The dew point of compressed air is a temperature quantity at which the amount of water vapor actually present in the compressed air is equal to the capacity of the compressed air to hold water vapor. This temperature is the dew point of the air.

2. Relative humidity is the ratio of the actual moisture content of the air to the ability of the air to retain moisture. Therefore, relative temperature is always expressed as a percentage value.

Install the filter correctly:

In order to maximize the effectiveness of the product, please select the correct installation location according to the site usage.

1. Please connect the air inlet and air outlet correctly according to the direction marked on the product, and be sure to install vertically.

2. When solving the problem of oil and water in branch pipelines and terminal equipment, it should be as close as possible to the terminal equipment, generally within 7.5 meters.

3. When installing the product in the main pipeline of the air compressor station, it should be at least 10 meters away from the outlet of the air compressor. The lower the temperature of the pipeline, the more suitable for installation. If the air inlet temperature at the installation location is higher than 60°C, it is recommended to install an aftercooler before the filter.
