Air compressor discharge pressure failure

We often receive customer feedback after sales that there is a problem with the exhaust pressure of the air compressor, so what are the reasons for the exhaust pressure failure? Today, the editor compiled some content on this issue:

Symptom: exhaust pressure is too high

1. The pressure setting is too high: adjust the pressure switch setting.

2. The pressure sensor is faulty: replace the pressure sensor.

3. Loading solenoid valve fault: it is blocked but not completely blocked, check and eliminate the fault of the solenoid valve.

4. Gasoline consumption suddenly decreases: Check the change of gas consumption, if the gas consumption is appropriate, reduce the high value of unloading pressure.

5. Failure of the unloading solenoid valve: leading to unloading failure, and the unloading continues to rise when the unloading is less than the pressure. Check and troubleshoot the solenoid valve.

6. The intake valve is stuck and cannot be closed, resulting in continuous loading; remove the intake valve. If the blockage is not serious, sand the rusty place with sandpaper and add lubricating oil.

Exhaust pressure

Symptom: Exhaust pressure is too low

1. If the specific gas supply exceeds the gas output of the generator set, check the interconnection facilities and pipe network, and repair any leaks immediately. If the air supply of the system software exceeds the air output of the compressor unit under normal use, then the large-sized compressor unit should be replaced or upgraded.

2. The default value of unloading operation pressure is too low. Properly set the unloading pressure value to make full use of high efficiency.

3. The filter element of the air filter is dirty and clogged, resulting in insufficient air intake and low exhaust pressure of the air compressor generator set. Check the air filter and replace if necessary.

4. The relay is faulty, the main ventilation relay on the exhaust duct and the cold start ventilation relay leak and need to be replaced.

5. The safety relief valve fails, and the air compressor cannot be closed when it is under load. Repair or replacement is required.

6. The valve is leaking, and the gate valve needs to be recalibrated or replaced.

7. The drain valve of the oil separator is stuck after opening, resulting in leakage, and maintenance is required.
