The second filter element of the dry filter enters the water droplets smaller than 4 microns into the second filter element at a speed of 200-300 km/s. The special structure of the filter element makes the air flow constantly change direction in order to find the path through the filter element. The air vortex is formed, and the compressed air is accelerated, and the water droplets are quickly decomposed to form water vapor.
It can be seen that when the compressed air passes through the first-stage filter device, a coalescence effect occurs, larger particles will be adsorbed on the filter material, and the water will condense into larger water droplets.
